I haven\'t seen Tourgasm, but I have seen a lot of Dane\'s work, and he\'s funny, but no genius. Take for example, his bit in the Insomnia Tour with Dave Attell. He did a great ten minute skit about being drunk and throwing up. It was damned funny. It was also the same comedy well that every hack stand-up has been using since at least the Seventies. I\'ve been to a lot of comedy clubs, and I can tell you that the drunk bit is about the most common bit in the world, mainly because it is easy to get laughs with it.

Dane Cook\'s appeal is his delivery. His material is far from brilliant.
